Job Role: M4 Supervisor- Key Account,Sales & Service
Locatio: Ahmedabad, Sindhu Bhavan road
Working Day : Mon - Friday
Mode of Work: In Office
Travel Requirement: Moderate travel across
India occasional customer, dealer, and exhibition visits as required
🎓Preferred Qualification:
Graduate in Marketing, Business, Engineering, or related field
MBA / PG in Marketing or Sales will be an added advantage
📈Experience Required:
4 to 8 years in business development, key account management, sales execution, lead generation, service coordination, digital marketing, or related commercial leadership roles

This role converts strategic direction into measurable field and commercial action. It is responsible for ensuring that enquiries move forward effectively, customer accounts are handled proactively, team execution remains aligned, market connections are built consistently, and commercial follow-through happens with speed and discipline.
The role also acts as a frontline leadership position that strengthens coordination between managers, executives, service engineers, customers, channel contacts, and internal stakeholders.
💼 Key Responsibilities
°Lead generation through market outreach, networking, and digital channels.
°Drive new business development and market visibility.
°Build professional connections for business opportunities.
°Manage and strengthen key customer accounts
Follow up on quotations and convert enquiries into business.
°Track AMC and aftermarket business activities
Coordinate service activities for timely customer support.
°Maintain CRM updates, reporting, and pipeline tracking.
°Oversee daily execution, follow-ups, and response management.
°Ensure customer retention and improved conversion quality.
°Coordinate with managers, sales teams, service engineers, and internal teams.
