Job Title: Key Account Manager – Amazon
We are looking for an experienced E-commerce & Quick Commerce Account Manager with strong expertise in managing Amazon platforms (Vendor Central & Seller Central) for FMCG brands. The candidate should have hands-on experience in quick commerce operations, marketplace competition analysis, listing hygiene, inventory management (Core/Fresh/Now), marketing initiatives, and P&L management including TAC cost understanding.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage Amazon India Vendor Central & Seller Central operations.
- Handle quick commerce or export marketplace accounts.
- Maintain listing hygiene and optimize product visibility.
- Manage inventory operations across Core, Fresh, and Now categories.
- Drive marketing initiatives and promotional campaigns.
- Monitor competition and market trends.
- Track P&L performance, TAC costs, and profitability.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders for smooth operations.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of Amazon marketplace management experience for FMCG brands.
- 1+ year of experience in quick commerce platforms.
- Strong knowledge of Amazon operations, policies, and logistics.
- Good understanding of P&L and profitability optimization.
- Advanced Excel and data analysis skills.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience in Food & Beverage industry preferred.
