Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Assistant IT Manager at The VrindWoods Hotel in Vrindavan. The Assistant IT Manager will oversee the hotel's IT infrastructure, ensure seamless operation of hardware and software systems, manage network connectivity, and resolve technical issues promptly. Additionally, the role involves maintaining system security, optimizing IT processes, deploying technological solutions, and providing user support to enhance operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, including network maintenance and system hardware
- Proficiency in installing, troubleshooting, and maintaining software systems
- Experience in data security protocols and IT compliance standards
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to resolve technical issues efficiently
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to provide user support and training
- Ability to work on-site and collaborate closely with other hotel departments
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
- Previous experience in IT support for hospitality or service-based industries is a plus
