Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant ISO 9000-2015 Document Controller based in New Delhi. The role involves overseeing document control processes, maintaining project documentation, managing records in compliance with ISO 9000-2015 standards, and ensuring systematic organization of company documents. The Assistant Document Controller will collaborate closely with various teams to ensure proper communication and adherence to documentation protocols. You will also be responsible for conducting audits and ensuring document integrity.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Document Management, including the ability to manage document control systems effectively. 1-2 years experience in similar role
- Experience with Documentation and Project Documentation processes, especially in engineering and consultancy settings.
- Expertise in Records Management and maintaining secure and accessible records in compliance with ISO 9000-2015 standards.
- Strong Communication skills for effective collaboration with teams and ensuring process adherence.
- Organizational skills and attention to detail in maintaining accuracy and efficiency in documentation processes.
- Working knowledge of engineering document management software or systems is a plus.
- Familiarity with ISO 9000-2015 standards and their application in documentation processes is highly desirable.
