We are seeking an Assistant Intern to provide operational and administrative support across projects and daily workflows. This role is ideal for disciplined, detail‑oriented individuals who want to gain hands‑on experience in managing creative and strategic operations. An ideal candidate is someone who prefers to work alone.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate schedules, meetings, and documentation for the founder and team.
- Support project tracking, milestone updates, and workflow organization.
- Assist with communication tasks, including drafting briefs, reports, and recruiter‑friendly job descriptions.
- Conduct research on tools, platforms, and industry trends to inform decision‑making.
- Maintain clarity and minimalism in all deliverables and communications.
- Provide general administrative support to ensure smooth daily operations.
Qualifications
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

- Clear communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Interest in creative industries, branding, or operations management.
