We’re Hiring | Internal Audit Profile (1–3 Years)
At Bhaskara Consulting Group (BCG), we work closely with business owners and leadership teams to deliver CEO-level advisory services including Chief Expense Optimiser engagements, internal audits, and financial process strengthening.
As a boutique firm, we believe in a hands-on approach and take ownership of outcomes and not just deliverables.
As part of our growth journey, we’re looking to onboard a committed professional for a full-time Internal Audit role, deputed at a client location.
Client Exposure
You’ll be working with a globally present, listed organization with operations across India, USA, Middle East & UK.
Role Details
• Office Base: Mumbai
• Deployment: Client premises
• Work Model: Full-time at client site
Ideal Candidate Profile
• Graduate / Post-Graduate (Commerce or related discipline)
• CA Inter / IPCC candidates preferred
• 1–3 years’ experience in internal audit, accounting, or compliance
• Strong analytical mindset with high ownership and team orientation
Role Overview
• Execute and support internal audit engagements
• Evaluate financial records & internal control frameworks
• Prepare audit working papers and reports
• Interact regularly with client teams and internal leadership
