Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Pune District for a Senior Interior Designer. The Senior Interior Designer will manage the end-to-end design process, including conceptualization, space planning, and execution of interior projects. Daily responsibilities include creating and reviewing construction drawings, collaborating with clients and vendors on design solutions, selecting FF&E, and overseeing project timelines and deliverables. The role also involves mentoring junior designers and ensuring alignment with the company’s design philosophy and international standards of excellence.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Space Planning and an understanding of Interior Design principles
- Solid background in Architecture and the development of Construction Drawings
- Experience in specifying and selecting FF&E (Furniture, Fixtures, and Equipment) for various projects
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with clients, teams, and vendors
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines without compromising quality
- A degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field
- Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, or Revit is highly desirable
- Familiarity with sustainable design practices and local building regulations is a plus
