Key Responsibilities:
• Manage end-to-end recruitment for sales, credit, operations & collections roles
• Coordinate with department heads for manpower planning & urgent closures
• Source candidates via job portals, consultants & referrals
• Screen, interview & support final selection process
• Ensure smooth joining, onboarding & induction of new hires
• Handle employee queries and support engagement initiatives
• Maintain HR records, reports & hiring dashboards
• Support performance review, training coordination & HR processes
Ideal Profile:
• 3 - 6 years experience in Talent Acquisition / HR Generalist roles
• Strong experience in bulk hiring / sales hiring / field hiring
• Background from NBFC / BFSI / Banking / Insurance / Financial Services preferred
• Good communication, stakeholder handling & ownership mindset
• MBA/PGDM in HR Preferred
