Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Assistant HR – Recruitment professional with 6 months to 2 years of experience to support our end-to-end hiring process. This is a remote (WFH) role, ideal for someone who is eager to grow in the recruitment domain and work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in end-to-end recruitment lifecycle including sourcing, screening, and coordination
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and other channels
• Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews
• Schedule interviews and coordinate between candidates and clients
• Maintain and update candidate databases and trackers
• Follow up with candidates for feedback and documentation
• Support senior recruiters in closing positions within timelines
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
  
  

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 6 months to 2 years of experience in recruitment (agency experience preferred)
• Familiarity with job portals like Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.
• Familiarity with Application Tracking System.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Good understanding of hiring processes and recruitment metrics
• Ability to work independently in a remote setup
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets
  
  

Compensation & Benefits

• CTC: ₹12,000 – ₹16,000 per month
• Structure: 60% Fixed + 40% Variable (performance-linked)
