Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Highway Engineer (Civil) specializing in MoRTH (Ministry of Road Transport and Highways), IRC (Indian Roads Congress), and NH (National Highways) standards. The position is based in Bhopal and involves tasks such as designing and reviewing highway plans, conducting feasibility studies, and engaging in infrastructure projects. The role also includes coordinating with project teams to ensure compliance with design standards and technical requirements.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Highway Design and Civil Engineering Design
• Knowledge and experience in Highway Engineering practices
• Ability to conduct Feasibility Studies for transportation infrastructure
• Understanding of Infrastructure Projects management and execution
• Familiarity with MoRTH and IRC guidelines is a must
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and technical skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field
• Prior experience in highway construction projects or similar fields is an advantage
• Excellent communication and teamwork capabilities
