š¼ Role: Assistant Coach (Online ā Full Time)

šÆ What Youāll Do
ā¢ā ā Coach clients using our Last Diet Methodā¢ļø system
ā¢ā ā Create & update nutrition + training plans
ā¢ā ā Ensure daily communication & accountability with clients
ā¢ā ā Monitor progress and improve client outcomes
ā¢ā ā Maintain high standards of confidentiality & professionalism
ā¢ā ā Work completely under the TrainedByYVS brand
š° Compensation
TRAINING PERIOD: FIXED
WHEN YOU START TAKING UP CLIENTS: FIXED + INCENTIVE BASED
[Most good coaches make Rs.40-50k within first 4-5 months of working with us]
š High performers can reach ā¹1L+/month within 9-12 months.

ā¢ā ā 100% Work From Home (Online Role)
ā¢ā ā Flexible schedule (active hours: 10 AM ā 8 PM)
ā¢ā ā Sunday: Reply-only (light work)

Who Weāre Looking For
Must-haves:
ā¢ā ā 1+ year experience in fitness/nutrition coaching
ā¢ā ā Degree/diploma in nutrition or related field
ā¢ā ā Existing affinity with the brand
ā¢ā ā Strong communication skills
ā¢ā ā Values money, consistency & long-term growth
ā¢ā ā Comfortable with online/WFH model
ā¢ā ā Has patience & client-handling ability
ā¢ā ā Willing to commit to a minimum 2-year journey
