Role Description
We’re looking for a dynamic Assistant Seller Head who can drive seller acquisition, manage vendor relationships, and ensure smooth catalog and inventory operations.
You will play a key role in strengthening our marketplace by ensuring the right products reach farmers at the right price—on time, every time.
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Rajkot.
What You’ll Do
🔹 Seller & Vendor Management
• Identify & onboard high-quality sellers
• Build strong, long-term vendor relationships
• Lead negotiations on pricing, commissions & agreements
• Monitor seller KPIs and performance
🔹 Product Listing & Catalog Excellence
• Manage listings, variations & pricing updates
• Ensure SEO-friendly titles, descriptions & categories
• Coordinate with Marketing & SEO teams
🔹 Pricing & Market Strategy
• Conduct competitor price analysis
• Implement profitable & competitive pricing
• Collaborate with Sales for bulk inquiries & product planning
🔹 Inventory & Performance Tracking
• Monitor stock availability & OOS products
• Improve low-performing SKUs with cross-team coordination
• Ensure smooth supply with inventory & logistics teams
Who We’re Looking For
✔ 3+ years of experience in E-commerce / Vendor Management
✔ Strong negotiation & analytical skills
✔ Hands-on with Excel / Google Sheets
✔ Ability to manage multiple stakeholders
✔ Knowledge of agri-products (preferred)
