Role Description
This is a full-time, hybrid role based in New Delhi. As an assistant growth manager, you will support business development efforts by analyzing market trends, identifying growth opportunities, and assisting in sales initiatives. Your responsibilities will include driving projects that promote business expansion, fostering client relationships, and providing insights to improve strategic decision-making. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful results and contribute to the growth trajectory of Skribe.
Qualifications
- Worked in the sales department of a PR firm for 1–2 years.
- Excellent Communication skills to manage client relationships and foster collaboration with internal teams
- Experience in Sales with the ability to engage clients, manage negotiations, and achieve growth objectives
- Knowledge of Analytics and tools to monitor performance and optimize growth strategies
- Self-motivation, attention to detail, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively
