Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Graphic Designer, based in Kochi. The Assistant Graphic Designer will support the design team by creating visual content, developing design concepts, and assisting with branding projects. Responsibilities include working on graphics, logo development, typography, and other design-related tasks, ensuring adherence to brand guidelines. The role involves collaborating closely with project stakeholders to deliver visually compelling assets.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Graphics and Graphic Design
- Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, PowerPoint (knowledge of After Effects or Premiere Pro is a plus).
- Strong visual sense and attention to detail, with an understanding of color, typography, and layout balance.
- Ability to translate abstract ideas and marketing messages into clean, impactful designs.
- Good understanding of social media formats and platform-specific design requirements.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a deadline-driven environment.
- Eagerness to learn, take feedback constructively, and align creative outputs with business objectives
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced on-site environment
- 1-3 years of experience in graphic designing
