Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position based in Delhi, India for an Assistant General Manager - Talent Acquisition. The role requires managing end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, and onboarding of talent. Responsibilities include developing and implementing effective talent acquisition strategies, collaborating with departmental heads to understand hiring needs, and ensuring alignment with organizational goals. The role involves monitoring hiring metrics, maintaining talent pipelines, improving employer branding, and ensuring a positive candidate experience. Additionally, you will oversee recruitment analytics, lead a recruitment team, and stay updated on industry hiring trends and best practices.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment Strategies, and Workforce Planning
- Ability to utilize Recruitment Analytics and Tracking Systems effectively
- Experience in Team Leadership, Training, and People Management
- Proficiency in Employer Branding and Candidate Engagement techniques
- Strong Communication, Networking, and Interpersonal Skills
- Familiarity with industry trends in Talent Acquisition, particularly in Aviation, Hospitality, or Customer Service sectors
- Relevant professional experience in a similar role with proven success in fulfilling hiring goals
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; a Master’s degree is a plus
