Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position for a Site Head located in Kharghar , Navi Mumbai . The Site Head will oversee end-to-end operations, managing cross-functional teams, ensuring project deliverables are met within deadlines, and maintaining budgets. Additionally, the individual will collaborate with leadership to align site operations with organizational goals, identify opportunities for process improvement, and drive efficiency to achieve project success.
Qualifications
- Proven skills in team management, leadership, and cross-department coordination
- Experience in real estate with a focus on site ( sales ) management .
- Knowledge of financial management will be preferred .
- Proficiency in MS Excel .
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Graduates / post graduates ( Marketing / Real Estate )
- Ability to adapt to fast-paced environments and handle multiple priorities
- Prior experience in stakeholder management is an advantage
