Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Bengaluru for an Assistant General Manager Sales (Team Leader) specializing in Real Estate. The role includes overseeing sales activities, leading and mentoring a sales team, strategizing to meet sales targets, and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction. Additional responsibilities include collaborating with other departments, resolving customer queries, and optimizing performance metrics to enhance overall team productivity and client experience.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Sales and General Management, with a proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets
- Strong skills in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service to ensure seamless client interactions
- Experience in Team Management, with the ability to mentor, motivate, and lead team members effectively
- Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
- Relevant experience in the real estate industry is highly preferred
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field
