Assistant General Manager – Sales & Marketing
Job Summary:
Lead and drive sales & marketing for drone solutions across agriculture and industrial sectors, focusing on business growth, market expansion, and revenue generation.
Key Responsibilities:
· Develop and execute sales & marketing strategies for drone services
· Identify new business opportunities in agri & industrial sectors
· Lead and manage the sales team
· Build relationships with corporates, government, and key clients
· Drive product promotion (mapping, surveying, spraying, inspection)
· Monitor market trends and competitor activities
· Close high-value deals and achieve revenue targets
Requirements:
· Bachelor’s degree (MBA preferred)
· 8–12 years in sales & marketing (drone/agri/industrial preferred)
· Strong leadership and negotiation skills
· Experience in B2B and government projects is an advantage
Preferred Industry:
Drone services, agricultural Equipment, industrial solutions, GIS/surveying
