We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Professional to join our growing team in Noida. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales of commercial spaces within our premium developments.


Responsibilities

  • Identify and generate leads for commercial property sales through networking, brokers, and digital platforms.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with high-net-worth individuals, corporates, and investors.
  • Understand client requirements and provide customized solutions based on project inventory.
  • Conduct site visits, presentations, and property showings for prospective buyers and investors.
  • Negotiate and close sales deals while ensuring target achievement.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to implement effective campaigns and lead-generation strategies.
  • Maintain an updated database of leads, inquiries, and follow-ups using CRM tools.
  • Stay updated on market trends, competitor offerings, and commercial property rates in Gurugram and surrounding areas.
  • Coordinate with the legal and documentation teams to ensure smooth execution of sale agreements.


Qualifications

  • Graduate in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or related fields. MBA preferred.
  • 10 to 15 years of proven experience in commercial real estate sales.


Required Skills

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strong relationship-building and client-handling abilities.
  • Familiarity with Noida property markets.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and Farvision ERP.


Preferred Skills

  • Experience with Grade-A developers or real estate broking firms.
