Perfetto Naturals, born in 2019, is a Wayanad, Kerala–based private company that produces, processes and exports organic and natural food products — primarily organic spices, coffee and natural extracts — working closely with a network of local farmers to supply certified, international‑grade products. Main products include Organic spices and herbs, Robusta/Arabica coffee (including certified offerings), oleoresins, essential oils, supercritical CO2 extracts, caffeine/extracts, and sterilized organic produce.
Role Description
The incumbent in this role will proactively strategize, develop, and implement growth initiatives for Perfetto Naturals' food business. This role will involve identifying and capitalizing on new market opportunities within specified geographic areas, promoting the entire product portfolio. This role will also identify and secure new markets within defined regions, promoting the full range of products to achieve significant revenue growth
Primary Responsibilities:
- Capitalize on market opportunities by developing compelling business cases, securing investment, and driving execution.
- Establish and drive a comprehensive B2B sales strategy for the spices business, focused on securing and developing relationships with corporate clients.
- Forecast projections, strategic planning, and budget management to achieve desired business objectives.
- Drive new business development through systematic market data collection and analysis, providing detailed insights to Operations and R&D for product and process innovation.
- Provide comprehensive support for customer queries and effectively manage product feedback for resolution and improvement.
- Drive strategic export growth by analyzing data to identify and focus on key market segments and high-value Key Accounts.
- Proactively manage receivables to ensure timely payment collection and resolution within reasonable timeframes.
- Build comprehensive expertise in our spice product range, including their applications and benefits, enabling impactful client interactions and the provision of relevant solutions.
Qualifications:
- MBA/PGDM from tier 1 or 2 institute.
- 10 - 15 years in the sales, specific to essential oils, oleoresins, seasonings, sterilized spices, and convenient Ready-to-Eat/Cook solutions.
- Strong understanding of market dynamics and customer needs, coupled with expertise in leveraging information channels Proactive and results oriented mindset.
- Strong interpersonal communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Capable of functioning effectively in both team-oriented and autonomous work environments.
