Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida for an Assistant General Manager - Sales. The role involves managing sales operations, achieving revenue targets, building and maintaining strong customer relationships, and driving customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include supervising and mentoring the sales team, developing strategic sales plans, managing customer interactions, and ensuring seamless coordination across departments to deliver excellent service.
Qualifications
- Solid expertise in Sales and achieving revenue targets through effective strategies
- Strong Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills to ensure a high-quality client experience
- Proven ability in General Management and overseeing sales operations effectively
- Experience in Team Management with a focus on motivating and developing team members
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to achieve organizational goals
- Past experience in real estate sales or luxury real estate is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; an MBA is preferred
