Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic, results-oriented Sales Manager to drive sales for our premium real estate projects in Goa. The role involves managing sales closures through direct sales, channel partners, and virtual client interactions.
The ideal candidate should have strong experience in real estate sales, virtual sales (VC), channel partner management, and a good understanding of the Goa real estate market and investment trends.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive sales and achieve monthly targets
- Manage direct sales, virtual sales, and channel partner closures
- Generate leads and walk-ins through channel partners
- Conduct client meetings, follow-ups, and site visit coordination
- Ensure quick closures through effective negotiation and relationship management
- Participate in promotional events and sales activities
- Build and maintain strong channel partner networks
Desired Candidate Profile
- 2–8 years of experience in real estate sales
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Experience in luxury/investment property sales preferred
- Target-oriented and self-motivated professional
- Knowledge of Goa real estate market is an advantage
