Key Responsibilities:
- Drive business development by building relationships with national and international retail brands.
- Understand brand expansion strategies and identify suitable leasing opportunities.
- Lead commercial negotiations between landlords and tenants.
- Draft, review, and negotiate Letters of Intent (LOIs), lease agreements, and commercial terms.
- Oversee end-to-end leasing transactions from requirement gathering to deal closure.
- Develop and maintain relationships with developers, landlords, brokers, and corporate clients.
- Stay updated on retail market trends, new developments, rental benchmarks, and emerging retail formats.
- Work closely with senior management to develop business strategies and expansion plans.
- Ensure accurate reporting, pipeline management, and CRM updates.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Retail Leasing.
- Strong understanding of retail leasing, shopping centres, high street retail, and commercial real estate.
- Well-versed with modern retail formats, franchise expansion, and the dark store/quick-commerce ecosystem.
- Proven experience in LOI drafting, lease negotiations, and commercial deal structuring.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Demonstrated experience in leading and managing teams.
