Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Delhi for the position of Assistant General Manager - Program Management (Higher Education). The role involves managing and supervising institutional academic programs, supporting operational processes, and collaborating with stakeholders to ensure key objectives are met. Responsibilities include overseeing program delivery, driving process improvements for better service delivery, creating scalable program strategies, and ensuring regulatory compliance. The candidate will also support collaborations with universities and engage with students to resolve queries while driving overall program success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and execute high-growth initiatives in collaboration with university partners to scale programs and improve topline performance.
- Coordinate across internal teams—Sales, Marketing, Academics, Product, Operations—to align efforts and deliver on shared goals.
- Act as the primary interface with senior university stakeholders to ensure long-term alignment, trust, and success.
- Monitor and analyze key business metrics to ensure initiatives are meeting defined targets and identify new opportunities for improvement.
- Take complete ownership of projects from ideation to execution with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment.
