I am reaching out regarding an AGM - Marketing opportunity with very premium real estate client in Bengaluru.
As the AGM - Marketing, you will be the primary custodian of the brand. Your mission is to transform the organization into a distinct, market-leading real estate brand over the next decade by defining its vision and strategic value proposition.
Required Branding Expertise
- Experience: Min 8 years of Real Estate marketing experience is Mandatory, with a heavy emphasis on brand building and large-scale project launches.
- Industry Focus: Proven success within the Real Estate industry, ideally managing multi-city or PAN India portfolios.
- Technical Skills: Mastery of brand strategy, brand positioning, customer segmentation, and market research.
- Competencies: Strong "Communication & Storytelling" abilities and a high level of "Analytical Mind-set" to measure brand ROI.
Core Branding Responsibilities
- Brand Creation & Vision: Establish a standalone real estate brand identity, defining its long-term ambition to become a leader in the Indian market within a 5-10 year horizon.
- Strategic Positioning: Define the brand’s core architecture and "Strategic Value Proposition," ensuring clear differentiation from competitors.
- Brand Custodianship: Act as the strategic lead for the brand at the leadership level, ensuring all business and investment decisions align with the brand’s approved vision.
- Project Identity: Develop unique positioning and key selling messages for each individual project based on deep market studies and target customer profiles.
- Reputation Management: Lead corporate and project-level Public Relations (PR) and manage the brand’s reputation across all media platforms.
- Creative Storytelling: Oversee the content strategy and brand tonality across every touchpoint to ensure a consistent and compelling brand voice.
Execution & Operations
- Integrated Marketing: Strengthen brand equity using a mix of ATL (Above the Line), BTL (Below the Line), and Digital strategies.
- Strategic Architecture: Design a scalable brand framework that supports growth across multiple cities and asset classes without diluting the brand’s intent.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Build and manage relationships with creative agencies, media firms, and PR partners to bring the brand vision to life.
- Targeting: Identify and prioritize the specific customer segments, price points, and geographies that the brand will own.
