🚀 We’re Hiring | AGM / DGM / GM – HR (Pan India Role)
We are looking for a seasoned HR Leader who can take complete ownership of the HR function across India and drive business outcomes through strong people practices — with a sharp focus on recruitment delivery and execution excellence.
💼 Role: AGM / DGM / GM – HR (HR Head Role)
📍 Location: Pan India (Travel Required)
💰 CTC: Up to ₹15 LPA
⚡ Joining: Immediate / Max 15 Days
🔑 Key Responsibilities:
🔹 Talent Acquisition (Primary Focus)
• Drive end-to-end recruitment across regions
• Ensure strong TAT adherence for closures
• Build pipelines for bulk & lateral hiring
• Manage consultants, sourcing channels & stakeholders
🔹 Manpower Planning & Budgeting
• Align hiring plans with business needs
• Manage manpower budgets & utilization
🔹 Team Leadership
• Lead multi-location HR teams
• Drive KRAs, performance tracking & accountability
🔹 HR Operations
• Oversee onboarding, payroll inputs, HRMS & documentation
🔹 Performance Management
• Drive appraisal cycles, KRAs & PIPs
🔹 Compensation & Benefits
• Support salary structuring, benchmarking & increments
🔹 Employee Engagement
• Drive engagement, retention & culture initiatives
🔹 HR Compliance
• Ensure adherence to PF, ESIC, labour laws & HR policies
👤 Who We’re Looking For:
- 10–15 years of HR experience
- Strong expertise in bulk hiring / aggressive recruitment
- Experience in multi-location / regional HR roles
- Proven team handling & leadership skills
- High ownership mindset with execution focus
- Immediate joiners preferred
