Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram for a Senior Construction Project Manager. The role involves overseeing and managing construction projects from initiation to completion, ensuring quality, timelines, and budget adherence. Responsibilities include coordinating across teams, developing and monitoring project plans, managing resources, optimizing workflow, and ensuring regulatory compliance. The Senior Project Manager will act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, maintaining regular communication and resolving issues as they arise.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Construction Project Management and Project Coordination, 10 years of experience is desired.
- Experience in overall Construction Management, including resource planning and execution
- Proficiency in general Project Management principles and practices
- Excellent leadership, organizational, and decision-making skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
- Previous experience managing residential construction projects is preferred
- Proficiency in tools(Excel) and software related to project and construction management
