Role Description
We are seeking an experienced Assistant General Manager - Channel Sales for a full-time, on-site position based in Bengaluru. The role involves developing and managing relationships with channel partners to drive business growth and achieve sales targets. Responsibilities include identifying and onboarding new channel partners, providing sales training, implementing sales strategies to optimize partner performance, monitoring sales metrics, and ensuring compliance with organizational policies. The Assistant General Manager will also be responsible for market analysis and contributing to the overall sales and revenue strategy.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in Channel Sales, Partner Management, and Sales Strategy Development
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Ability to analyze market trends, develop actionable insights, and predict industry shifts
- Proficiency in sales operations, target setting, and performance evaluation
- Knowledge of the real estate industry and prior experience in similar roles is highly desirable
- Strong leadership and team management capabilities
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields; MBA preferred
- Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite
