Role Description
The Assistant General Manager (AGM) will oversee the smooth execution of projects, ensuring compliance with company standards and client expectations.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage all ongoing projects to ensure they finish on time and within budget.
- Handle key client communications, build strong relationships, and address concerns.
- Work closely with project teams to support daily operations and solve problems.
- Resolve project escalations quickly by coordinating with internal teams and clients.
- Develop and improve company processes for better efficiency and growth.
- Monitor project budgets and report progress to top management.
- Will be taking care of the projects in the South region predominantly (TN, Andhra, Telangana, and Kerala).
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s/ Diploma degree in Civil or Interior and Architecture.
- Experience in handling multiple projects in Civil or interiors at the same time and different locations.
- 18+ years of Experience.
