Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Assistant General Manager, based in Pune District. The Assistant General Manager will oversee and lead operational activities, coordinate and manage teams, strategize business development initiatives, and monitor the progress of real estate projects. Additional responsibilities include maintaining client relationships, ensuring compliance with company standards, and working closely with senior management to achieve organizational goals.
Qualifications
- Leadership and Team Management skills, with the ability to inspire and direct team members.
- Expertise in Business Development, Real Estate Consulting, and Client Relationship Management.
- Strong Organizational and Time Management capabilities.
- Knowledge of real estate market trends, financial planning, and property management.
- Excellent Communication, Presentation, and Negotiation skills.
- Proven problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with attention to detail.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or related field; an MBA is considered a plus.
- Proficiency in relevant software and tools used in real estate project management and reporting.
