🚀 We’re Hiring | AGM/DGM – Institutional Sales (Dairy Industry)

📍 Location: Delhi NCR

We are seeking a highly experienced and result-oriented AGM/DGM – Institutional Sales with a strong background in the Dairy Industry to drive and expand our institutional business across Delhi NCR.

🔍 Key Requirements:

✔️ 8–15 years of experience in Institutional Sales

✔️ Mandatory experience in Dairy Industry

✔️ Strong exposure to HORECA, B2B & Institutional Sales

✔️ Well-established network in Hotels, Restaurants, Caterers, Corporates & Institutions

✔️ Proven track record of achieving sales targets & business growth

✔️ Excellent leadership, negotiation & stakeholder management skills

💼 Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute institutional sales strategies specifically for dairy products

• Drive business growth across HORECA & key institutional accounts

• Identify and onboard new clients in the Delhi NCR region

• Manage and strengthen relationships with existing key accounts

• Lead and mentor the institutional sales team

• Ensure achievement of revenue, volume & profitability targets

• Collaborate with supply chain & operations for seamless execution

• Monitor market trends, competitor activities & customer needs
