We are looking for a consultative sales professional with strong exposure to BIM (Building Information Modeling), AEC workflows, and digital construction technologies.
This role involves engaging with developers, architects, designers, and engineering firms, helping them adopt BIM, OpenBIM, and Digital Twin solutions.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with stakeholders across the AEC ecosystem:
- Developers, Architects, Interior Designers, Landscape Designers, Engineers, BIM Consultants, and Training Institutes
- Drive consultative sales cycles by understanding client workflows and recommending BIM adoption strategies
- Present and articulate value of BIM / OpenBIM / Digital Twin to CXOs, Design Heads, and technical teams
- Collaborate with pre-sales teams to deliver product demonstrations, solution workshops, and proof of concepts
- Work closely with BIM Managers and project teams to align solutions with real-world workflows and file formats
- Support large enterprise deals involving multiple stakeholders and long sales cycles
🔹 Required Skills:
- Strong understanding of AEC industry ecosystem and workflows
- Hands-on exposure to Archicad or Revit (mandatory)
- Experience in consultative or solution-based selling
- Ability to engage both:
- Business stakeholders (CXOs, Directors)
- Technical stakeholders (BIM Managers, Engineers)
- Strong communication and presentation skills
🔹 Good to Have:
- Public speaking / industry event participation
- Experience working with developers, government bodies, or large infrastructure clients
- Exposure to BIM training ecosystem or education partnerships
- Ability to mentor inside sales teams and collaborate with marketing
🔹 Ideal Candidate Background:
- Experience in BIM / AEC / construction tech / design software ecosystem
- Exposure to tools like Archicad, Revit, Navisworks, Tekla, etc.
- Background in architecture, civil engineering, or AEC software sales
