Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Assistant General Manager at Maher Appliances, based in Rajkot. The Assistant General Manager will oversee daily operations, manage cross-functional teams, and contribute to strategic planning and decision-making. Key responsibilities include supervising production processes, ensuring quality standards, managing supply chain operations, developing and implementing growth strategies, and fostering collaboration across departments to improve efficiency and productivity. The role requires effective leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills to achieve organizational objectives.

- Experience in operations management, supply chain management, and production planning.
- Leadership skills, team management abilities, and proficiency in cross-departmental collaboration.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
- Proficiency in project management, strategic planning, and resource optimization.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
- Familiarity with quality management standards and processes.
- Proficiency in industry-specific software and tools related to manufacturing and operations is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
