Position Overview
The Assistant General Manager (AGM) will be responsible for driving sales performance, managing business development activities, mentoring sales teams, and achieving revenue targets for residential real estate projects.
The role requires strategic planning, team management, client relationship handling, and strong closing abilities.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Leadership & Revenue Generation
Drive monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Lead and manage sales teams to maximize performance.
Monitor site visits, closures, and revenue generation.
Handle high-value negotiations and strategic client meetings.
Ensure smooth execution of the complete sales cycle.
Team Management & Training
Motivate, mentor, and train sales managers and executives.
Conduct daily reviews, target tracking, and performance monitoring.
Develop sales strategies to improve conversions and productivity.
Create a high-performance and target-driven work culture.
Business Development
Identify new business opportunities through direct sales, channel partners, investors, and NRI clients.
CRM & Reporting
Monitor CRM updates and lead management systems.
Review sales funnel performance and conversion ratios.
Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and business growth strategies.

Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent communication & negotiation abilities
Proven experience in handling real estate sales teams
Strong closing and relationship management skills
Market understanding of residential real estate
Ability to work under pressure and achieve targets
π Qualifications
Bachelorβs Degree (MBA preferred)
2β4 years of experience in real estate sales/business development
Experience in luxury or premium residential projects preferred
Prior team handling experience is mandatory
