Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Assistant General Manager – Projects, based in Kochi. The role involves overseeing project planning, execution, and delivery across the company’s diverse areas of focus. Responsibilities include coordinating with project teams, stakeholders, and departments to ensure timely completion of projects, managing budgets, and addressing challenges. The role also requires ensuring compliance with industry standards and fostering continuous improvement within project processes.
Qualifications
- Project management expertise, including project planning, execution, and stakeholder coordination
- Leadership, team management, and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of healthcare, pharmaceuticals, and nutraceuticals industries
- Strong communication, organizational, and decision-making skills
- Proficiency in tools and software for project management and reporting
- Understanding of compliance and regulatory requirements in the pharmaceutical industry
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Project Management, or a related field (master’s degree is a plus)
