About the Role
Assistant General Manager will be responsible for driving sales efforts, building and maintaining client relationships, and identifying new growth opportunities. Key responsibilities include creating and implementing sales strategies, pitching iSprout’s managed office solutions to potential clients, negotiating contracts, and achieving sales targets. The Sales Manager will collaborate with the marketing team to align strategies and ensure a high-quality client acquisition and retention process.
Responsibilities
- Develop and Execute Strategy: Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve and exceed occupancy and revenue targets.
- Targeting and Outreach: Identify and target key market segments, developing tailored sales approaches.
- Pricing and Promotions: Develop and manage pricing strategies and promotional offers.
- Market Intelligence: Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new opportunities.
- Lead and Mentor: Lead, mentor, and motivate a high-performing sales team, setting clear objectives and providing ongoing coaching and support.
- Performance Monitoring: Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics and provide regular reports to senior management.
- Pipeline Building: Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified leads through proactive outreach, networking, and strategic partnerships.
- Showcasing Value: Conduct compelling visits and presentations to showcase the unique value proposition of the space.
- Negotiation and Closing: Negotiate and close membership agreements, ensuring mutually beneficial terms.
- CRM Utilization: Implement and utilize CRM systems to track sales activities, manage leads, and generate insightful reports.
- Marketing Collaboration: Collaborate closely with the marketing team to develop effective campaigns and sales collateral.
- Member Onboarding: Ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new members.
- Company Representation: Represent the company at industry events and networking opportunities.
Qualifications
- 10+ Years of experience in managed office space or coworking or commercial basis with strong sales, business development, and account management skills.
- Effective communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to analyze market trends and develop growth strategies.
- Team-oriented mindset with excellent organizational and leadership abilities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and sales reporting systems is advantageous.
