Role Description
Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales Management
* Lead and manage sales teams to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
* Monitor daily calling, follow-ups, site visits, and closures.
* Drive performance through motivation, training, and accountability.
* Support the team in closing high-value deals and handling premium clients.
* Track conversion ratios and improve sales processes.
2. Team Handling & Leadership
* Supervise Sales, Resale, CRM, and Digital coordination teams.
* Conduct daily review meetings and weekly performance evaluations.
* Recruit, train, and mentor new team members.
* Ensure discipline, productivity, and positive team culture.
3. Real Estate Operations
* Coordinate with builders and channel partners for inventory, pricing, and offers.
* Ensure smooth execution from lead generation to booking and registration.
* Manage site visit planning, customer experience, and documentation flow.
* Oversee pre-launch, launch, and under-construction project sales activities.
4. Lead & CRM Management
* Monitor lead distribution and follow-up systems.
* Ensure timely response to all customer inquiries.
* Track lead quality, customer engagement, and sales funnel performance.
* Coordinate with digital marketing team for campaign effectiveness.
5. Business Development
* Build strong relationships with developers, investors, and clients.
* Identify new business opportunities and market trends.
* Expand channel sales network and referral partnerships.
* Support company growth strategies in Bangalore and upcoming markets.
6. Reporting & Strategy
* Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports.
* Analyze market competition, pricing trends, and customer demand.
* Suggest sales strategies, incentive plans, and process improvements.
* Work closely with management on revenue planning and expansion.
7. Customer Relationship Management
* Handle escalations and ensure high customer satisfaction.
* Maintain long-term relationships with investors and repeat clients.
* Ensure professional communication and premium service standards.

* 5–10+ years experience in Real Estate Sales & Team Management.
