Role: A Dealer & Distributor Manager (AGM)
Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and result-oriented professional (minimum 2 years of relevant experience) to expand our business by appointing dealers and distributors across assigned territories. The ideal candidate should possess a strong trade network, excellent relationship management skills, and a proven track record in channel development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, appoint, and onboard new dealers and distributors in the assigned region.
- Leverage an existing trade network to accelerate market penetration.
- Develop and execute territory expansion strategies.
- Ensure alignment of dealers/distributors with company policies and business objectives.
- Drive primary and secondary sales through channel partners.
- Monitor distributor performance and ensure target achievement.
- Conduct regular market visits to strengthen relationships and gather market intelligence.
- Coordinate with internal teams (sales, marketing, logistics) for seamless operations.
Must Have:
- Prior experience in the mattress industry is required
