Key Responsibilities
- Drive acquisition of educational institutions including K-12 schools, universities, and colleges to expand regional presence and achieve aggressive acquisition targets
- Set up and own the end-to-end sales process for the region, leading conceptual selling of financial solutions to education partners
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to activate partnerships and generate revenue
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at educational institutions to ensure long-term partnerships
- Own and manage the sales pipeline, accurately forecast revenues, and consistently achieve targets
- Recruit, lead, and mentor a high-performing sales team to support regional growth objectives
