Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced AGM – Production to lead and manage manufacturing operations at our Mambattu facility, Andhra Pradesh. The role involves overseeing end-to-end production processes, ensuring efficiency, quality, and timely delivery while maintaining safety and cost optimization. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership experience in a manufacturing setup, preferably within PEB, steel, or infrastructure-related industries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily production operations and ensure adherence to production schedules
- Plan, coordinate, and control manufacturing processes for optimal efficiency
- Ensure product quality standards and compliance with company guidelines
- Monitor production output, reduce downtime, and improve productivity
- Implement process improvements and cost optimization strategies
- Ensure strict adherence to safety norms and regulatory requirements
- Coordinate with procurement, quality, and dispatch teams for smooth operations
- Manage manpower planning, training, and performance monitoring
- Maintain production reports, MIS, and documentation
Key Requirements:
- 10–15 years of experience in production/manufacturing operations
- Prior experience in PEB / steel/construction / infrastructure industry preferred
- Strong understanding of production planning, process optimization, and quality control
- Proven leadership and team management skills
- Knowledge of safety standards and industrial best practices
- Ability to handle high-pressure environments and meet deadlines
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
