Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role based in CBD Belapur, Mumbai, for an Assistant General Manager – Sales & Business Development. The role focuses on driving business growth by acquiring new clients, expanding existing accounts and building strong revenue pipelines for back-office and data processing services. Responsibilities include managing business development activities, leading client interactions, developing sales strategies and collaborating with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and delivery. The role also involves monitoring sales performance and mentoring the business development team.
Qualifications
• 5+ years of experience in Business Development, Sales or Client Acquisition
• Strong client handling, negotiation and relationship management skills
• Ability to identify new business opportunities and drive revenue growth
• Experience in managing sales pipelines and target-driven environments
• Good communication, presentation and team management skills
• Experience in BPO, Back Office, Outsourcing or Services Sales preferred
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field preferred
