Job Summary
The Ocean Pearl Hotels Private Limited is looking for a dynamic and experienced Assistant Front Office Manager to oversee daily front office operations and ensure exceptional guest service standards. The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership abilities, operational knowledge, and excellent guest handling skills within the hospitality industry.
Key Responsibilities
· Assist in managing the complete Front Office operations including reception, guest relations, reservations, and concierge services.
· Ensure smooth check-in and check-out procedures while maintaining premium guest experience standards.
· Supervise and guide front office associates to deliver professional and courteous service.
· Handle guest complaints, escalations, and special requests efficiently.
· Coordinate with Housekeeping, Sales, Reservations, and F&B departments for seamless operations.
· Monitor occupancy status, room availability, and daily reports.
· Ensure adherence to hotel SOPs, grooming standards, and operational policies.
· Train and mentor front office team members on hospitality standards and service excellence.
· Maintain accurate records, billing procedures, and cash handling processes.
· Support revenue enhancement initiatives through upselling and guest engagement.
Candidate Profile
· Minimum 5–7 years of experience in Front Office Operations within reputed hotels.
· Must have completed Hotel Management / Hospitality Management.
· Strong operational and team management skills.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
· Experience in handling guest relations and complaint resolution.
· Knowledge of PMS software and hotel reservation systems preferred.
· Presentable, service-oriented, and leadership-focused personality.
· Candidates with experience in luxury or business hotels will be preferred.
