Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Dehradun for an Assistant Front Office Manager. The individual will oversee the daily front office operations, ensuring exceptional guest service, and fostering a welcoming and professional environment. Responsibilities include managing guest reservations, supervising front desk hosts, addressing guest inquiries, and ensuring smooth communication between departments. The Assistant Front Office Manager will support the team in maintaining high standards of customer satisfaction and operational efficiency while embodying the core values of Six Senses Vana.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Office Administration and Front Office management, with a focus on ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
- Strong guest service and guest Satisfaction skills, with an ability to handle guest inquiries and maintain high service standards.
- Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective interaction with guests and team members.
- Experience in training and supervising front office staff to maintain a professional and welcoming environment.
- Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and demonstrate problem-solving skills in a dynamic environment.
- Previous hospitality experience with a luxury brand in a similar role is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with wellness and retreat operations is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
