Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Assistant Front Office Manager at Sayaji Hotels Ltd, located in Chandrapur. The Assistant Front Office Manager will oversee daily operations of the front office, ensuring smooth check-ins and check-outs, and high levels of guest satisfaction. Responsibilities include supervising front desk activities, managing customer inquiries, handling guest concerns effectively, and ensuring seamless communication among the team to deliver exceptional customer service. The role also involves administrative tasks such as creating schedules, maintaining records, and coordinating with other departments.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Office Administration and Front Office management
- Proven skills in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service
- Excellent Communication abilities to ensure seamless guest interactions and team collaboration
- Ability to handle guest concerns with professionalism and deliver prompt resolutions
- Strong organizational and leadership skills to effectively manage a team
- A bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is preferred
- Previous experience in the hospitality industry, particularly in front office or customer-facing roles, is advantageous
