Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Front Office Manager based in Rameswaram. The Front Office Manager will oversee the day-to-day operations of the hotel's front desk, ensuring excellent guest services and smooth check-ins and check-outs. The role includes managing a team, addressing guest inquiries, and resolving issues efficiently. Additional responsibilities involve training front office staff, monitoring occupancy, coordinating with other departments, and implementing strategies to enhance guest satisfaction and operational effectiveness.
Qualifications
- Experience in customer service, guest relations, and front desk operations
- Leadership and team management skills, specifically in managing and training personnel
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
- Proficiency with hotel management systems and basic knowledge of reservation platforms
- Organizational abilities to handle bookings, manage schedules, and ensure operational efficiency
- Attention to detail and the ability to maintain a professional, welcoming environment
- Experience in hospitality or hotel management, preferably in a similar role
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
- Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays
