Role Description

We are seeking an Assistant Front Office Manager for a full-time, on-site position located in Vellore. The role involves managing front office operations, ensuring smooth administrative processes, and delivering excellent customer service to enhance guest satisfaction. Key responsibilities include supervising front desk staff, addressing guest inquiries, coordinating with various departments, and maintaining high service standards in line with company policies. The Assistant Front Office Manager will also be responsible for ensuring a welcoming and efficient work environment.

Qualifications
  • Demonstrated expertise in Office Administration and Front Office management
  • Proven track record in Customer Service and ensuring high Customer Satisfaction
  • Exceptional Communication skills for interacting effectively with guests and team members
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
  • Professional demeanor, problem-solving abilities, and attention to detail
  • Prior experience in the hospitality industry or related roles is a plus
  • Degree or diploma in Hospitality Management or a related field preferred
