Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Assistant Food & Beverage Manager located in Chandrapur. Responsibilities include overseeing daily food and beverage operations, ensuring outstanding customer service, managing staff training, and maintaining quality standards. The role also involves monitoring budgets, optimizing food service operations, and collaborating with the team to enhance guest satisfaction while adhering to company policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Food Service and Food & Beverage management
• Strong Customer Service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction
• Experience in staff Training and development
• Knowledge and ability in Budgeting and resource management
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and time management skills
• Ability to thrive in an on-site work environment and effectively lead a team
• Knowledge of hospitality industry standards and regulations
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is preferable
