Role Description
This is an on-site, full-time role for an Assistant Food & Beverage Manager based in Sadar. Responsibilities include overseeing daily food and beverage operations, managing service quality, coordinating staff training, developing and implementing operational procedures, creating budgets, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The Assistant Manager will collaborate closely with the team to ensure seamless dining experiences for guests and effective resource management to achieve operational goals.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Food Service and Food & Beverage management
- Strong Customer Service skills to ensure guest satisfaction
- Experience in Training and supervising team members to maintain service standards
- Knowledge of budgeting and cost management to optimize operational efficiency
- Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is a plus
- Familiarity with food safety regulations and industry standards
