Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Financial Controller based in Shamli. The Assistant Financial Controller will be responsible for supporting financial operations, preparing financial statements, and conducting financial reporting. Additional responsibilities include assisting in budgeting, maintaining accurate accounting records, and analyzing financial data to drive informed decision-making. The role will also involve ensuring compliance with regulatory and internal standards while supporting the organization's financial health and processes.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in preparing Financial Statements and conducting accurate Financial Reporting
- Strong knowledge of Accounting principles and practices
- Excellent Analytical Skills for financial forecasting, budgeting, and decision-making
- Comprehensive understanding of Finance, including budgetary control and cash flow management
- Educational background in Accounting, Finance, or related field (Bachelor’s degree or higher preferred)
- Familiarity with relevant financial software and tools
- Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
- Experience in the development or CSR sectors is an advantage
