Role Description
The Assistant Finance Manager will support the finance team in daily operations and assist in achieving financial goals for Lemon Tree Hotels. Responsibilities include preparing financial reports, managing budgets, ensuring regulatory compliance, analyzing financial data, and assisting with audits. The Assistant Finance Manager will collaborate with other departments, monitor expenses, and propose cost-saving measures. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Gujarat, India.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in accounting practices, financial analysis, and budget management
- Strong knowledge of financial planning, reporting, and compliance with regulations
- Proficiency in financial software and tools, including MS Excel
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
- Experience in the hospitality or service industry is a plus
